Has anyone ever used the 32a bus to get to towers?

It's probably the best way for me to get to towers but what is it like? is it busy? reliable? expensive? ect
 
Having never used it I can't say much however I know it is only £2 under the Government's subsidy scheme (a godsend for me).
 
It used to be a roulette on busy and it actually showing up. That was several years ago however.
 
I'm looking to use it in September for the your experience meet up What you can do is use bustimes.org to track the bus on there live map so you can get a idea of the reliability
