if Nemesis sub terra was built in X sector would it fit the theming and atmosphere of the area

Possibly if they tweaked it slightly to focus more on the phanlax then the monster.

Sub-Terra fits perfectly where it is, the only thing that needs to be change is the removal of the SBNO status!
