inserting pictures into posts?

hi i dont quite understand how on earth to upload pictures and ive searched for topics explaining how but cant find any please help!

Hey Scotty.

Go to the following website, and upload as per their instructions - http://www.postimage.org/

Then, on the page once your image is uploaded, select the 'Forum' URL, and simply copy and paste that into a post on here.

It will be in the form of;

[img ]http://YOURURL.com/image.jpg[/img]

You need to know the URL of the image to put it in a post. If its an image of your own you can upload it to a site like imgur, photobucket or tinypic and then copy and paste the URL it gives you. It for images already online you can right click them and choose to copy the image URL.

You then just need to place the image URL in your post between tags like this:

[img ]IMAGE URL HERE[ /img]

But without the spaces I have added
