Barnstormer at Adventure Island has a really long train too (Annoyingly RCDB doesn't state how many cars/passengers though).
whatever the Zierer Tivoli at Pleasurewood Hills is called this year -
You are correct; it's still closed.Going back on topic, what time does the park close in the summer hols? I'm going tomorrow. Also, am I right in thinking that Twister still isn't open?
Thought it was. I'll be able to tell people on the trip tomorrow. You are correct; it's still closed.
That's what's annoying, no closing times being stated on the website. My group's coach is leaving at half 5.I’m not sure if this has changed, but when I looked a few weeks ago for our trip, there were no closing times stated, only opening ones. It closed at 5pm then (Friday, with school trips)
Going back on topic, what time does the park close in the summer hols?
Our closing time is dependent on the time of year and is always decided on the day taking into consideration how many visitors are booked in and weather conditions. During the busy school holiday dates we usually close between 5.00pm and 5.30pm. On weekend only dates in April, May, June, September and October our close time is usually 4.30pm.
Please note: Out of season events such as Fab Feb Family Fun have different opening/ closing times, please see the Events page on our website for details.
Don't worry about it. Just enjoy the day. That's what's annoying, no closing times being stated on the website. My group's coach is leaving at half 5.
Thanks Roy, I didn't think of that. I'll ask a staff member at the entrance tomorrow.Try their Q&A page
Not sure about Barnstormer but Green Scream is 20 cars, as is Treetops at Oakwood and whatever the Zierer Tivoli at Pleasurewood Hills is called this year - it's the standard train size for large Tivoli coasters.
Tivoli's have wierd dynamics due to how long the trains are compared with the size of the ride, the front car is almost at the bottom of the first drop by the time the middle reaches the top of the lift and starts accelerating.
Egg-Spress
Only major issue was the amount of bees/wasps.
Oh no I presumed he was okay since we hadn't heard anythingThe boy who fell from the ride has undergone emergency brain surgery

Yet another spinning mouse on the fairs and Lightwater Valley is down a ride. Not great, but hopefully the cash boost will help themI have read elsewhere that the Twister Spinning Coaster has been sold to a travelling showman in the UK.
