Arguably less risky than the trampoline parks as well.Be no different from all the trampoline parks. Sign a waiver and don't act like a fool and you'll be fine.

Plans for the ambitious holiday park next to Camel Creek introduced by the late John Broome - and which the park have recieved planning permission for - are being replaced with a new plan for up to 1500 homes

If approved, I'd imagine it pretty much stifles any significant developments in the theme park.

The site is absolutely massive, and could have turned the park into a major destination. It's a shame, as the administrators were still commited to the resort plan as of last year, as shown by this planning document.Located south west of Tredinnick, the site sits east of the B3274 and has existing planning consent for development as a holiday park. The proposal seeks to build on this by “bringing forward a more sustainable and locally beneficial use of the land, delivering a new garden village designed to meet Cornwall’s pressing housing need”.
If approved, I'd imagine it pretty much stifles any significant developments in the theme park.

It's a really poor place for a housing development, there's nothing near it and there is no infrastructure to support what's being proposed.
