    Hi,
We are coming soon for a day out and in our party there will be some older members (60+) who are interesting in just a day out and no rides.
Having never been myself, I know they can look around the gardens and The Towers but what else is there to do ?
Thanks for any advice or pointers ?
    Fred

The Towers will be closed for Scarefest mazes (not that they are really open much these days anyway). I can't comment on the current state of the gardens personally, but I'm lead to believe the are not looking their best at the moment!

There's the Sealife, but that will only kill 20 minutes or so.

I'm only a few years behind, get the buggers on Nemesis.

    Thanks for the thoughts.

I will make sure they bring a good book to read.

Other thoughts, as I've had several non rider visitors with me...
Skyride is slow and safe, likewise Duel.
Hex doesn't really move and has good theatrics, and you can always have a trip on the monorail again and snoop the hotels and crazy golf (if it is open).
With a beer in woodcutters and the courtyard tavern, they should manage to fill a day.
One last one...walking into the middle of Nemesis via the ramp by the exit is always good for ten minutes or so!

Won't the courtyard be closed for The Welcoming?

The tavern itself should still be open, it's the courtyard itself that won't be (and there wasn't anything open in that anyway!)

    Sealife/Sharkbait Reef is good, too.
