Yeah, I went to a Slovakian run tyre garage near me with my previous car and watched him do it. For a fiver! I gave him a tenner anyway. Lasted at least a year or two until I sold it to WeBuyAnyCar. These repair kits are only around 15 quid on Amazon. Doesn't hurt to keep one in the boot

It was my work van so have to do it by the books. Great thing was the mobile tyre fitting company our contract is with was we can come tomorrow, which would have been fine if I was at base.

Lease company send the AA but dont send out tyre repair, so he then arranges a tyre with our contract. Takes me and the tyre to them to repair tyre then drive me back to put it back on.

4 hours of my life I won't get back due to the stupid tyre repair kit that doesn't work.

My husband got a puncture in a brand-new motorcycle tyre he'd just spent loads of money on. Bought one of those repair kits and the tyre lasted years.
