I'd lose 25% as it stands so I May as well keep it

I don't recall getting offered cancellation protection at all which is a little naughty of them....Thorpe park was very upfront about it when I booked the shark hotel
 
Does any one still have an annual pass for he water park? I had one the first year they were introduced, were they phased out are just stopped being sold and existing ones allowed to be renewed?
 
Couldn't find anywhere to post this so correct me if it's in the wrong place.

Is the pizza place still open in Splash Landings Hotel? If not can anyone recommend anywhere to eat after park close?

Don't quote me on that, but I heard that the pizza place has been moved to the new Cbeebies hotel. I would recommend the rollercoaster restaurant. Otherwise you could try any of the other resort hotel restaurants.
 
Thanks, really gutted about that as enjoyed it last time and it was reasonably priced, tried rollercoaster restaurant last time and while it was nice thought it was a bit over priced and 'gimmicky'. Sure i'll find somewhere.

Just checked AT website and it's still on there, i suppose i'll find out wednesday anyway

Do the hotels actually ask to see your photo Id when checking in?

I don't like carrying My passport around and when I stayed in the shark hotel they didn't ask

I was going to say "that probably makes you a terrorist these days"..... Except it seems modern "terrorists" are always very careful to make sure they have their passports on them when they get shot.

I actually asked them on twitter if i could use my MAP and they said no it has to be passport or driving license(i don't drive)

Which to me is crazy because i has to show my passport to pick up my MAP!?

I should have booked the room in my mrs name as she'll have her driving license on her

Total bs I have always used my pass for ID when checking in to Towers. Never a problem
