Nemesis is amazing and always has really captured the imagination. Menacing and also kinda magical, not "trailer horror" as you'd expect from a 'dark' themed ride today. Also, it sounds pretty much as great as today's full orchestra recordings, (like the recent IMAscore ones) but it was all done on relatively primitive computer tech! Fantastic.
Oblivion I think needs to be updated, although it's a cool soundtrack idea for the theme. Even if it was just the same piece but with new production (and more bass) it would smash. I don't usually like re-recordings for the sake of it (the IMAscore Colossus at Forp—uhh) but Oblivion is a particular case I fink.
Wicker man is good, it's atmospheric, but like many IMAscores it isn't that varied and is quite grey. Im a bit numb to it now.
The Smiler I wish wish wish they would remix to be more bareable. It's a fantastic soundtrack but just a notch overcooked with all that 'ha ha ha' and scream FX so prominent over the industrial backing track. There's a lot of fun stuff going off underneath all that.
other park themes... I think Haunted House's original soundtrack was fantastic, totally original & surprising. The old Duel outside music (around Gloomy Wood) was the best thing to come of the revamp, fitted right in. The new interior theme is much better and I really enjoy it in the ride, although people have criticised how parts sounding a bit rushed/cheap.
Ug Land was a great soundtrack too!
