Because I'm not too keen on the idea of living 20mins away from a nuclear reactor operated by Merlin and held together with gaffer tape and hessian.

Could we not power Rita from the tears of disappointed families who have paid half of their years savings, to turn upto a park filled with technical delays and aggressively overpriced hot dogs?

The idea is solid, there will be a huge amount of potential hydro power from the above. Seems like wasted energy to me.
