Maybe it’s just me imagining things but surely it’d be far more cost efficient to just back up a nitrogen tanker truck than use hundreds of individual bottles

You'd just vent Nitrogen to the atmosphere to discharge it I believe?

Bottles I imagine are easier if it has to be pressurised slowly, don't need a wagon sat around for ages.

Considering air is 78% nitrogen I can’t see any other sensible way to vent/purge than just opening the valve and letting it go
