I think at the time a lot of people assumed the park must have been at fault, purely because it's Oakwood.
Regardless of the underlying cause, it seems like they've been pretty lucky on this occasion - this whole thing could have ended far worse for them.

What was meant to be a fun first day back at Six Flags Over Georgia turned into a series of brawls within the park that ended in gunfire off-campus. The Georgia Bureau of Investigations said Cobb County officers were involved in the shooting.

It appears a 43 year old man was sadly killed whilst reportedly working on Taron at Phantasialand today

Waco, USA - 8 year old boy injured falling from unidentifed ride. Opperator arrested for being intoxicated while operating the ride.
