Auf der Baustelle zum Oktoberfest ist am Vormittag ein Arbeiter bei einem Unfall getötet worden. Er wurde bei einer Achterbahn-Testfahrt von einem Zug erfasst. Das tödliche Unglück löste in München große Bestürzung aus.

Sadly this isn’t the only incident involving Olympia Looping in recent years, in 2022 an employee was also struck by a train and killed whilst it was at Wien Prater. Not great.

Yeah, that's a pretty shocking record. It shouldn't happen once, twice seems to show a real lack of care and professionalism towards safety.

Yeah, makes me wonder about their tag out procedure, something needs to change.
