Alton Towers have said in a twitter reply that CBeebies Land and Cloud Cuckoo Land will be closing at 7pm during Scarefest, whereas the rest of the park will be open until 9pm. This is new for this year.

I guess they close early because the market for the night time stuff is more for the younger kids.

Flume does close early, just like Skyride and Get Set Go, however Mutiny Bay is a major access area for the east side of the park: Gloomy Wood/Katanga/Valley, so it would need to remain open.
