Really miss the Scare Zones. Wasn't Scary Tales a last minute addition ? This really added to the atmosphere, really hope Towers address the Halloween atmosphere on park for the non pay scare maze visitors as the last few years they have not ! The early days of Scarefest especially 2010 was great.

You may want to delete your email address for security and spam reasons
@ringo should also edit his quote in the above post for the same reason. Maybe a mod may be able to do it for you

I don't see what the delay with getting MAP tickets online for darkest depth and the attic is? They know the discount they are offering, they have already done it for the 3 maze ticket, how hard is it to add that?
Just over a week and I'll be at scarefest, so not sure how late they are planning on leaving it?
It's a fiver off, so I'm not booking without it, but I really want to choose my time to do the mazes

Build up fomo, people will get worried they’ll miss out on their visit so will book without discount just so they know they are guaranteed to get a go on the visit and Towers get some extra money.I don't see what the delay with getting MAP tickets online for darkest depth and the attic is? As you said they know the discount & price so there’s no excuse.

I’ve never done any of the mazes before. When I’ve been to Scarefest in the past it’s because of the 9pm close.
What actually happens in them?

I like to do the scare mazes before dark as I like to utilise the night to ride the rides in the dark. With regards to the mazes, you typically follow a group of people through a route in the dark or dimly lit corridors which are themed and if you are lucky (or unlucky) you will get the occasional scare actor jump out at you. They do tend to pick on the women or anyone that looked terrified.

Thanks. Do they physically touch you? That weirds me out so I know if I can go in one if there’s no hands on me in the dark lol.

Only in the sub species - The end games maze they do. However with the TOTT (which didn't make a return last year and is not to set to return this year either) you go in by putting your hands on the person shoulders in front, which means if you are not at the rear, you will have a set of hands on your shoulders. I can't say that they will do this with the new mazes

I get touched up in all the mazes. It’s the only reason I go

Is there definitely going to me a map discount? I think there was some mazes last year they didn’t offer it?I don't see what the delay with getting MAP tickets online for darkest depth and the attic is? Yes I don't think the anything other than the 3 maze pass will have MAP discount. It was the same last year too. House of Monsters didn't, nor did the welcoming (if my memory serves me correctly). So I would just buy the tickets now if you have specific times in mind.

TBH if some of the box office queues at scare fest last year (like back to towers trading!) is anything to go by I’d rather just pay the extra on line!
