I think Mark (who set up Towers Nerd) has moved on to more profitable ventures in the theme park apps market. Towers Nerd has slowly been left behind.

Pretty much exactly that, due to other commitments unfortunately TowersNerd was left behind. It's a shame as TN used to be my main forum and made many friends through the trips and know Mark fairly well and the other team members pretty well through TN. Even taken part in a live or two myself.

It is a shame though...

How about the Unloading Announcements for Duel 'Gather your bags'. I'd love to hear that again, anyways nice list of music, some of the unused ones were quite interesting, like The Flume's 'Hold on to your soap!'.

The Unloading Announcements of Duel would be great. Aswel as the full Loading Announcements and breakdown announcements aswel? Is the ugland 2006/07 'casio keyboard' soundtrack available from anywhere?

And we know know that SW8's entrance will be in Gloomy Wood. i think it's good as Duel is currently the only ride in that area.
 
If they were going to start constructing entrances and having potential ride related music and stuff nearer to Gloomy Wood, wouldn't they have just extended the actual ride that way, instead of having half a ride? Plus, the plans show the ride originating from Mutiny Bay. But yeah, what do any of us know ay?

It's most likely because it is at the end of the haunted hollow path which is part of Gloomy Wood. And also a nod to the fact that it is going to be a Wooden coaster. As the queue entrance is still in Mutiny Bay on the plans it's most likely that it will be part of Mutiny Bay, or a new area. Although they are now classing Spinball Whizzer as part of the Towers so it's anyone's guess.
 
Or, as mentioned several times in the SW8 thread, it's a typo.

I don't know why it's being discussed so much when there's concrete evidence of where the entrance/exit will be.

I doubt it's a typo, it's deliberate. They saw that everybody was debating whether it will be in Mutiny Bay or Katanga Canyon, so they threw a curve ball to mess with enthusiasts and keep the discussion and speculation going. The ride entrance and exit are both in Mutiny Bay so unless the plans change that is the area the ride will be in.
