Can you give me any examples? What are you looking forward to doing after Brexit that is currently not allowed? What I want out of brexit, is to simply be free of the EU I want the UK to not be subject to EU rules and laws and have the highest authority of the UK...be in the UK where we can see and change it as we see fit!
The inability to name a single law that they're looking to repeal when we take back control seems to be a common position amongst brexiteers...Can you give me any examples?
There is talk of removing working time directive. So the working class can spend more time at work. The inability to name a single law that they're looking to repeal when we take back control seems to be a common position amongst brexiteers...
We're also losing many food standards laws set by the EU but hey, we'll be able to import poorer quality, additive filled food from the US!There is talk of removing working time directive. So the working class can spend more time at work.

We can, but they could be ripped up or changed at will.Who says we have to get rid of those laws, cant we just adopt them into UK law, then work from there?
Oh sorry, didn't notice this one had become active again.
Who says we have to get rid of those laws, cant we just adopt them into UK law, then work from there?
Then why leave at all?
Cause it is easier to quietly change laws so profit comes before the working classThat's the million euro question isn't it.
No one seems to be able to answer it in any meaningful way.
I think the government would definitely change these laws; they don't care about the rights of the people and only want the best for themselves!
If they're elected by the electorate, then surely they would want what's best for their constituents?I've just fixed that for you

IMO, politicians will try and convince the general public that they care about them but really the politicians care more about lining their own pockets and protecting their rich businessmen mates who donate to the Conservative party. If they're elected by the electorate, then surely they would want what's best for their constituents?
