Nice, wish I could ride a bike lol. I've tried but just can't balance. My eldest niece, who's five-and-a-half, has mastered riding a bike without stabilisers this week.

Have you tried a recumbent? (Or Squidward's bike, as I think of it) or a tandem? I've actually used neither but would love to try themNice, wish I could ride a bike lol. I've tried but just can't balance.

I've heard a lot of good things about ebikesOr just get one with an engine attached
Just done 16km on my new bike and very pleased with myself. Trying to shift a bit of weight after turning 30 and that's the longest bit of exercise I've done in years!
Completed my 2nd year of uni and will be graduating with an FdA (foundation degree), before doing the 3rd completion year for a BA in September all being well! Time has flown!
The mental benefits are incredible, it's so rewarding. I love the more adventurous side of it too. Been pushing myself on some downhill trails with some decent sized jumps lately.During lockdown, i have found myself going out on the bike more often, as i am trying to lose some weight for a trip to Orlando. This has been moved from October this year to Sept/Oct next year, so i have more time to achieve it now. I am starting to feel a bit fitter but they main benefit for me is that mentally, i feel so much happier and motivated for the future. I pretty sure its the cycling doing that because i get a sense of relaxation whilst cycling, eventhough i'm pedalling like the clappers. Definitely a fan of cycling. Also, i want to fit nicely into some of my Hawaian shirts again ha.
Congrats @Burbs, all the best for your BA.
Congratulations @D4n; here’s to the start of your teaching career! I’m sure you’ll be great! After an incredibly tough (and disrupted) year, I have officially passed the PGCE course at Warwick University and am a qualified primary school teacher
Just need to find a school willing to put up with me now

I can see that there should be an image in your post but it won't display it. Please can you describe the image. It’s been an incredibly long few months, but tonight, I’ve finally seen my boyfriend for the first time since January. You have no idea how happy I am.
I think it’s probably just the heart emoji. Tapatalk’s emojis and Apple’s emojis don’t really talk to each other terribly well.I can see that there should be an image in your post but it won't display it. Please can you describe the image.
