Stitches run-through courtesy of Silkstone;
Ignoring Silkstone and his reactions, it does actually look really intense and well-done! Shame I can't go this year.
It looks good, although Silkstone's videos are not the best way to decide whether a scare maze is good or not.

Probably some H&S hangover from The Great Lie.I know this sounds weird, but I just realised almost all the scare actors wear gloves
Why.
As long as the gloves fit with the costume, I can accept it.

I quite like jacks other videos (somewhat controversially, apparently) but I will say the focus is far too much on jack than the maze…It looks good, although Silkstone's videos are not the best way to decide whether a scare maze is good or not.
He makes pretty informative videos otherwise

Could say that's the cherry on topInferno has reopened after its cherry picker inspection this afternoon

Agreed beat me to it, they are obviously worried as its not only that USA park with structure/ support issues with b&M this yearThere will certainly have been a technical bulletin/safety alert from B&M to inspect certain support welds following that incident in the states. You can see the discolouration where the weld has been inspected.

A wise man (me) once said: if you want an overly-detailed analysis of every single thing that happens at every single theme park in the world, Shawn Sandbrooke is your guy. If you want to watch a narcissistic and ludicrously-dramatic advert for Thorpe Park, Jack Silkstone is your guy. If you want a court jester who brings you the news about UK theme parks as if you are some kind of medieval king awaiting updates on his realm, DigitalDan is your guy.I quite like jacks other videos (somewhat controversially, apparently) but I will say the focus is far too much on jack than the maze…

Jacks great and I love all his content actually all the bloggers! You don’t realise how much hard work and passion goes into every part of there craft. It’s a full time job like any other, it’s a creative art which is very time consuming and they enhance these forums with more content so we can discuss. I see absolutely no problem with bloggers!

For what it’s worth I agree with this.
It’s not like anybody is forced to watch any of this stuff and, unlike the stuff on television, you have to actively seek it out. It does, however mean that you can find content about virtually anything which is a huge change from 20 years ago.
Obviously there’s vast variation of quality and some of it is a big clickbaity but I think on the whole they get a bad rep from people just for often coming across as a bit annoying.

God forbid we get annoyed when people are annoying.
I have no issue with vloggers in general as I don’t watch them (the theme park ones, do watch vloggers for other topics but the theme park vloggers are mostly insufferable), the issue is often they are now the only way to get info on parks these days.
Anyway that’s sliding a little off topic.

Has anyone made the trek to fright nights yet? I’m curious if survival games is really that intense, as well, I believe Shaun about him saying it was too intense on his run through, but it was also press night. And well, press night

Exactly press nights and pass holder exclusive things have always been more intense...well in my experience

I did survival games on Friday and Saturday, on the run through I had on Friday it really was that intense, I got pinned up against the wall 3 times dragged out of the cage backwards, the staff were fighting each other and screaming, I got grabbed and pulled back and they said 'not this way!, This way!' they made me get on the floor and bark like a dog to get past one point, chainsaw finale they were really getting them right in your face and would chase you out.Has anyone made the trek to fright nights yet? But yes there was lots and lots of physical contact on my Friday run through very touchy and full on maze but I thought it was brilliant.
Saturday was a lot more of a toned down run through, got pulled out of the first cage and some actor pushed me into the chainsaw finale but it was definitely nowhere as crazy as the day before.
