Well that's definitely one way to solve it I guess. Hahaha.

However very unlikely Comcast/Universal will pay for the entire thing. They may offer to contribute some of the costs but I really don't think they are going to fund an entire new road along with relevant junction/s and a new train station. The costs of all that will be eye watering.

They will obviously expect the tax payer to pick up most of these costs and in exchange the resort will hopefully create thousands of job for the next 50 years and beyond. The tax from that alone will be worth the investment from the government will be what they argue.

If I were Comcast/universal I'd build elsewhere tbh.
