That outerbanked hill
Out of interest, what is it that you personally think Hyperion lacks? From watching POVs of Hyperion, it looks to have quite a bit of airtime and some fun twists and turns, with lots of g-force, so it surprises me to hear that the ride is apparently lacking in this regard. This coaster actually looks to have some substance to it, unlike Hyperion.

You've already answered it in bold.
Not to mention the splashdown needlessly soaks back row riders more so than any of the water rides. The only decent part to Hyperion is the first drop, first hill, and the dive loop. After that, it becomes rather dull. Quite bizarre to think what was achieved with Skyrush all those years ago, yet Hyperion, which should have been a spiritual successor, falls disappointingly short.
Zero car might have been the wrong word, but I was referring to the bit with bars at the front of the train, visible in the thumbnail of that video. That certainly looked to do a lot of shaking! Also, I don't believe it has a zero car, they are rigid three bench cars, as I recall.
