I always thought it was just the general run-up towards Christmas, well looks like I still have a chance then.

The most common ruleset from this thread is that whamageddon doesn't begin until the start of December, so hearing it before then wouldn't knock you out from competitive play.

I managed to survive a reasonably long drive listening to radio 2 and a sainsburys trip today. Just need to go back into hermit mode for the rest of the month and I've got this...
 
Just don't do what I did last year and think it's a good idea to put the Now That's Christmas! TV channel on whilst decorating your tree!
