What are you listening to?

Great combo, one of the best ever (let's ignore GL though) after the release of the Resistance. :p

And it's likely Fredward that your stubbornness to not like Muse is the reason you don't like them. I'll be surprised if you've actually listened to anything good of Muse, instead just suggesting they're awful without even hearing what they've done. Muse fans generally agree that some of the newest songs are awful, and it's probably that you've only heard that. Some of the older stuff is true genius.

Actually he dislikes them for Matt's voice being 'whiny', and it's 'whiny'-est on the early stuff.

Then listen to Minimum. ;)

His voice has potential to be irritating, I agree, but some vocals are incredible. He probably won't appreciate it, but the vocals in Micro Cuts, Showbiz and Hoodoo especially are stunning. Although the first two may be a bit too "whiny", Hoodoo has very gentle vocals. They're very smooth and relaxed.

Or you could listen to Minimum instead.

musically it's pretty good, but Blaze knows... I dislike his voice, it's a shame because I like long high music quality tracks... but his voice... it slightly reminds me of MCR... hides.

Currently, I've been playing some nice Maiden tracks, Blood Brothers, Dance Of Death, Revelations, When the Wild Wind Blows, For the Greater Good of God on my bass (for a change) surprising how tiring bass guitar is on your right arm... especially when trying to play like Steve Harris... GAWD...

Currently listening to Fist Of Fascista by Indestructible Noise Command and next will be Exploited by Sworn Amongst.

In celebration of seeing the master of all things walls, isolation, political and religious statements and almighty amazing arena shows, next September.

Pink Floyd - Goodbye Cruel World..

:D

Surprisingly Children In Need in the background, which I keep glancing at seeing Girls Aloud on at the moment.
