Today I made a fantastic stir fry.
I simply fried two chopped scotch bonnet chillies, half a bulb of garlic and a spring onion, then added tofu and mushrooms. I then added soy sauce, and finished it off by mixing in some rice noodles.

So simple, but my favourite breakfast! Scrambled eggs with cherry tomatoes, on toast, topped with fresh basil.

My first attempt at Christmas cake. It was way too big and the icing was really scruffy, but I've never done icing before. The cake was a white Christmas cake which is still fruit cake but lighter than normal Christmas cake.
