Surely toadstool won't be out for another year, unless they're keeping back a new version (such as the water jet one at chessie) for the rethemed CCL.

Enterprise must be getting close to their chopping block sadly.

Equally depressing that predictions so far are that no rides will be reopening, despite the fact the main ride line up has been butchered. It's a pretty depressing development that we're now discussing which rides will be open before the start of each year

I can't see them ever having Duel SBNO. It's in its own secluded area and closing it would leave too much of a large void between Katanga Canyon/Forbidden Valley.
When you look at all the other closures, there are still other rides in the area to go on. Closing Duel leaves nothing else in the area around it.
The only time I could ever see it closing is when it gets replaced/rethemed for a following season.

The restrictions on the new towers annual pass seem a bit strange considering Thorpe AP is just like the towers old one
Towers must be the trial for it before rollout to the other parksThe restrictions on the new towers annual pass seem a bit strange considering Thorpe AP is just like the towers old one

Thorpe have previously done a season pass in exactly the same was AT are this year, pay full gate price and return all season (except Fright Nights). They also offered an option to pay to upgrade from all season to an annual pass valid into the following season. So really Thorpe was probably the original trial for this.

Can't see anywhere else to put this... but considering we're in closed season this made me smile.
Walking back from another building at work and the gale force wind going through the playground fence actually sounds like Nemesis roaring round the track

Rumour has it that there won't be a water ride this year as the rapids might be closed :-(

If that’s the case then pretty much all Wardley created is gone
Probably needs a separate thread but what the hell would be the logic base behind this. Large capacity family ride near your brand new coaster - I just don’t get their logic

Merlin logic would be, this ride now requires more staff since Drayton accident. Let’s call it a seasonal attraction and open it during the summer after all no one wants to get wet in the colder months.
