Yes hadn't thought of that. That would be a great idea and something that would have wide appeal. The Mexican place in Mutiny Bay was my go-to until they radically reduced the menu. After that was the pasty place in Mutiny Bay before that closed as well. Just a little more variety would be a start. Something like Subway would be a decent idea.
Was there one in Mutiny Bay at one point? They're really should be.A decent fish and chip place. How can you not have one in a British theme park?
I can't find any evidence of a fish and chips shop in Mutiny Bay however the Coffee Lounge in Forbidden Valley used to be a fish and chips shop. Was there one in Mutiny Bay at one point? They're really should be.
Just remembered I was thinking of Drayton Manor and there pirate area that has a chip shop. But mutiny bay has a few outlets already so maybe a chip shop in forbidden valley again? I can't really believe towers haven't got one.I can't find any evidence of a fish and chips shop in Mutiny Bay however the Coffee Lounge in Forbidden Valley used to be a fish and chips shop.
Admittedly it’s buffet, which isn’t everyone’s thing in terms of “fine dining” (it certainly isn’t my thing, although I think I might be in a minority there), but doesn’t Pizza Pasta in Katanga Canyon fill this void already? I haven’t been there in years, but I remember the food being nice!I also feel they are missing a proper, sit-down Italian restaurant serving decent quality pizza and pasta. For me that would be the best use of the currently unoccupied Towers Street outlet.
Yeah I usually bring a packed lunch too, but if I do buy food it will be from Burger Kitchen. Those are the quickest options as obviously I want to focus on the rides. I don't really get why people would want to have a long lunch in a full sit-down restaurant when the ride queues are already really long.Admittedly it’s buffet, which isn’t everyone’s thing in terms of “fine dining” (it certainly isn’t my thing, although I think I might be in a minority there), but doesn’t Pizza Pasta in Katanga Canyon fill this void already? Personally, I’ve never really understood people’s issue with F&B at Towers. I admit I’m not really much of a foodie myself (I’m definitely more of a person who eats to live than a person who lives to eat), but my take is that as long as it tastes nice and fills a hole, which I think Towers’ food does, I don’t really have an issue with it. What is it people don’t like about Towers’ F&B options, as their F&B (and the F&B of UK parks in general) seems to get criticised a lot?
Although with that being said, we’ve taken our own packed lunch for the last few visits, and I think that works better for us, personally.
I think some people do value food as a greater element of the theme park experience than you and I do. I’m not really a huge foodie or hugely into food myself, but I think some people are really quite big on their food and do like a sit-down meal as part of a theme park day.Yeah I usually bring a packed lunch too, but if I do buy food it will be from Burger Kitchen. What they need is a nice silver service restaurant in the Swiss Cottage, again.

I know mate...My tongue a bit in cheek.Absolutely. Maybe not silver service but they definitely need a decent high quality restaurant and what better place or setting to have it than the Swiss Cottage.
