Newer Zamperla kiddie coasters are generally quite good, from what I gather. Certainly, Octonauts seems good enough, in my view.I hope it is a Zierer over Zamperla rubbish

On another forum, it's been suggested that it's a Zierer Drifter however that's aimed at families as a whole rather than pre-schoolers.
this is the problem, a lot of the style of rides I can think of are family.Zierer Drifter however that's aimed at families as a whole rather than pre-schoolers.
That is exactly my thought, I do have a theory - could it be a like for like Elmer's Flying Jumbos replacement considering that ride is either at or coming up to end of life?this is the problem, a lot of the style of rides I can think of are family.
I don't think that sudgestion is correct, looking at the scale it looks like Ride A is about 19m ground diameter, but zierer sudeggts a 21m ground diameter (this may be some foundation stuff, but I imagine it is more based off of clerance etc.
could make sense, I would think a few of the rides could be removed i think it would improve the place as I find that area can feel like an amusement park with rides thrown in every place and not much theming, if they are able to make a new themed space in those areas with the quality of some of the recent work could be really goodThat is exactly my thought, I do have a theory - could it be a like for like Elmer's Flying Jumbos replacement considering that ride is either at or coming up to end of life?
I think Towers coaster will be aimed at a slightly higher age range than this will be aimed at.I’d be interested to see if Alton’s 2026 coaster is a replica. Joint deal perhaps?
I’d hope not seeing as it’s. A very similar layout to Octo

I do wonder what IP this area will be, as the whole of Chessington is basically now an IP land. I have seen a few people suggest Paw Patrol online.
With Blackpool doing meet and greets with Paw Patrol characters, I'd say Paw Patrol is a no go for Chessington.Paw Patrol is part of Nickelodeon so Blackpool might have some exclusivity there?

My first thought was Bluey but that may possibly be the Towers 2026 project instead.
I think a lot of parents are dreading the announcement potentially turning out to be umm... Cocomelon
found the planning permission (https://publicaccess.kingston.gov.u...s.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=SONBHENHL8P00)found some side elevations for the ride A, it dose look like one of those drift rides:
