Rest of the years opening times confirmed now too. Very poor having some 10-4 days in scare fest season
Another reason for me to not to renew my pass

But Alton Towers have run a 'pay once, visit all year' promotion? I'd say that is a better deal, on paper at least.I've just booked a wristband at BPB and I have been offered a free return day in September . Now that's how to impress customers .
Yep I second that. My partner had her handbag stolen from Oblivon's baggage cage one Scarefest evening in 2014. Car & house keys plus her phone all in there. Security staff weren't the most accommodating with the attitude of some "oh well, deal with it, it was just kids probably. They won't be interested in your car". But Alton staff were great, they let her call the RAC & insurance from the back office of guest services. And arranged for a hotel room in ATH for her and my daughter with free pizza and drinks while I got a lift back to Gloucester with a friends (2 hours away) to pick up the spare car key and drive all the way back at 1am! Eventually got back home at 6am!I hope you don't leave it in a bag in one of the station cages. The amount of stuff that used to get nicked from them...
Well she's well and truly had her wrists slapped by you in that comment. Along with an indirect insult to her intelligenceCan't believe anyone in this day and age would leave their house and car keys out of view in an unlocked cage, whilst their physically trapped in a machine. Not the brightest thing to do. I've left camera's and stuff in a bag in the oblivion hold before but I don't rely on my camera to get me home and into my house. Have people bypassed the concept of clothing with pockets? Anyway, I'm guessing she learned an important life lesson that day.
By the way, a little off-topic but those of you who go to Towers via Uttoxeter and use the McDonald's on the A50/Ashbourne Road roundabout, it is closed until the 12th September for refurbishment. There's a Subway in the Esso garage next to it though!
Women can't buy clothes with pockets so will always need a giant handbag; the greatest example of modern capitalism...
I've always left car keys in someone else's bag as I'm more wary of them falling out of pockets compared to phone, wallet or house keys... Never lost them yet...
Oh John ... I will take special note of those hip hugging trousers next timeAs someone who owns otherwise identical trousers in both men's and women's (shut up I wanted 2 and there were hardly any left in a discontinued line) I can confirm that pockets in women's clothes are inadequate for storing a wallet, keys and phone securely whilst on rides.
