There’s not really much that can’t be fixed in 5 months if you really want to. IMO anyway :)

But without knowing the full circumstances how can you be so sure? There are many aspects to consider. When did they discover the full extent of the problem? Did B&M need to fabricate new parts from scratch? If so how did that fit in with their already busy schedule? Did they need to wait for specialist B&M engineers to be available to travel over to the UK to assist with the work? How much testing needs to be done before the train can be signed off for public use (this cannot take place whilst scaffolding has been up around some of the track as it has been this closed season)?

It's all too easy just to say that they should have had it all done by now without knowing more. Of course you may be right, or you may have information that backs up your viewpoint. I don't know but I'm pretty sure they'd have been trying to get it all ready for the start of the season but for whatever reason it has not been possible.

In other news, I'm pretty sure Towers will open this weekend but it's not looking great. High winds which will likely shut X-Sector and low temperatures that will likely keep Rita and Thirteen out of action. At least the park should be quiet!
