Does this mean it might not open on the 17th March? The only way I can think of that this wouldn't open is if the park is shut due to weather.I noticed Kip Hakes mentioning on Twitter that it was put back, so it was seemingly a media day of sorts. Given the fact we've seen it running with and without riders, I'd assume it's been put back because they were worried some of the invited people couldn't make it due to the weather we're expecting to get.

No, not at all. The weather forecast is bad this week and it can be unpredictable around Towers; they're not going to want to invite a load of media guests for them to all get snowed in!

Diogo, have you ever tried beer flavoured crisps?Hehe, nice. The proof of any crisps though, and the real question here, is "do they go well with beer"?

Great move with the Crisps!! Now everyone make sure you keep a packet ready for Ebay in 20 years time!
The coaster and the marketing all looks great! Shame about the lack of drop. I'm really tempted to make the trip up to ride but I can't possibly justify the 3.5 hour drive with the current opening hours. If I do come it will have to be a late night opening I guess. Shame.

They haven't in the past but I'd assume that this season they've ended the partnership with Walkers and signed a new one with Seabrook.Possibly daft question but do Towers sell Seabrook on resort?

They are getting a certain vlogging entrance staff member to change their name to Shawn Seabrook for cross promotion

They have not had a contract with Walkers for a couple of years now. Pringles are the crisps on offer.

I think it's remarkable how it's happened with Wickerman more than any other big Merlin project I know, it shows a difference. Set expectations low, and then surprise.Anyway that’s way off topic.
Rather than the formula used until now, hype it way up from long before construction starts and make all sorts of claims, then the actual product is flash in the pan. No embellishments and the minimum quality to tick that box.
I see this as a really positive turn!
Come on Diogo....Everything tastes better with beer, like everything tastes better with crisps.Hehe, nice. The proof of any crisps though, and the real question here, is "do they go well with beer"?

Apparently they won't be available to buy until AprilDid Tesco this morning, no Wicketman crisps amongst the Seabrooks.
Was tempted to start a small fire in protest but thought better of it.

That's OK, I've still got plenty of McCoys and Space Raiders, I think I'll get by.

Fiery woodsmoke BBQ - Sounds like this would link up well with the now defunct / delayed smokehouse.

Depends when the Pringles contract ends.
