The irony of a Merlin employee complaining fans don’t respect their art when they let their own art rot and decay for years after opening.
Definitely, but Burton does seem to take more pride over attractions that he is working on than many. The irony of a Merlin employee complaining fans don’t respect their art when they let their own art rot and decay for years after opening.
That's something to blame members of a park's senior management team for, rather than the creatives....The irony of a Merlin employee complaining fans don’t respect their art when they let their own art rot and decay for years after opening.

While that’s true, it just comes across as a bit rich with a senior member of Merlin publicly complaining how disrespected their art is when the parks don’t even look after said art which I think is far more serious than some fairly harmless photos of construction work. The folks that design the attractions are not the same people who are tasked with maintaining them.
Pretty embarrassing and unnecessary for a Merlin employee to post that, it could easily of been communicated privately (if it is in response to the video)
Also surprised security didn’t pick up on the activity, there’s no reason for members of the public to be in that car park when the theme park is closed.

Very true. Those who are tasked with maintaining them no doubt often pull their hair out at how cheaply and poorly things are constructed, and how difficult it is to maintain..!The folks that design the attractions are not the same people who are tasked with maintaining them.
what do you mean, art should be able to age and just like a living being, not to be statically preserved but constantly altered and changed by its environmentThe irony of a Merlin employee complaining fans don’t respect their art when they let their own art rot and decay for years after opening.
...Oblivion! Oh wait no he meant Smiler, damn everyone's so youngI used to stand in a field up on a hill that had a great view in to X-Sector and used a camera with a half-decent zoom to get pictures of...
