Yep! Icon's has always been a false claim in my eyes.

That picture looks more suited advertising a B rated porn movie then a reopening of a water ride.

Great minds and all that because if I didn't know what Valhalla was, I'd swear that was the DVD case of a porn film rather than an attraction.

Or maybe they're selling the porno of the ride in the gift shop as a stop gap whilst we wait all these years for it to reopen? Will you "brave the adventure"?

They have removed some more track and are erecting additional scaffold which may be for more removal, not sure. As it stands, I think there will be a short run of old (not original) track between the two new stretches.

Hard to ever second guess the Pleasure Beach these days, but given that they're opening only a few weeks before the Easter holidays next year, it being open for Easter doesn't feel inconceivable.

The wall is only there to keep people out when the park is open. We’re still on course for a 2027 opening.

Ah yes. I suppose so. Didnt really class them as a launch but technically they are just that

The 'launch' back to the station from the switch is genuinely more intense than Icon.
