I'm guessing if Merlin hadn't tried to trademark the name for footwear, they wouldn't have cared.
Yep just an over excited box ticker for the application, I struggle to believe no-one didn’t think hmm well we can’t sell “croc” footwear as there’s already a brand.I'm guessing if Merlin hadn't tried to trademark the name for footwear, they wouldn't have cared.
Wait, did merlin actually do that?I'm guessing if Merlin hadn't tried to trademark the name for footwear, they wouldn't have cared.
The Croc Drop name was pretty trash anyway so long as they don't go for Croc Plop now!
Yh it's not great tbh!Presumably it the ‘Croc’ part of the name they don’t like.
Merlin will probably just change it to Crocodile Drop.
Wait, did merlin actually do that?
Yep, they are aiming for classes 25, 35 and 41. Class 25 is: "Clothing, footwear, headgear.".Wait, did merlin actually do that?
Merlin will probably just change it to Crocodile Drop.
Oh, I was expecting IMAscore. Why Elton John?I heard Elton John is partnering with them for the soundtrack.
I remember when Chessie was youngI heard Elton John is partnering with them for the soundtrack.
Are you not doing a thing called the Crocodile Rock?Is there a joke here that I'm not in on?
Yes.Is there a joke here that I'm not in on?
Now I think about it, that seems quite obvious. This couldn't all just be a big marketing gimmick could it? I wouldn't put it past Merlin to come up with something like that. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't going to be called that all along and it's just to get it into the papers. Such as the Sub Terra 12+ rating and the Th13teen marketing.
