Welcome to the Coaster Apocalypse, the game that destroys coasters. Yes, you read that right. By the end of the game, many will be donefore.

How it works:

The game is simple; players will each pick three coasters, and each day I will randomly select up to 10 coasters that will be "destroyed". That is, if you have a coaster on the list you will lose it, and if you lose all three then you are eliminated. The game will continue until one player remains and that player will be the winner. When the game begins I will update this post with each player's choices, and after each round, I will update it with the current results. Once the game begins you don't need to do anything, other than keep an eye on how you're doing.

Rules:

- Registration is first-come, first-served, don't delay!
- I need at least 10 players for the game to work, max of 30.
- Three coasters please; no more, no less.
- Coasters must be currently operating (no defunct, under construction or SBNO coasters (Nemmy is the exception)
- No mountain/toboggan coasters, please
- Racing coasters count as one (for example, Grand National can only be listed once)
- Choices must be listed on the RCDB
- Multiple players can have the same coasters on their lists, there is no limit.
- Please reply to this thread with your three coasters to enter. You have until 11 am on Friday 1st December
- Game will commence at Midday on the same date.
- Each round, I will use a randomizer to select a few coasters to "destroy". Any coasters that a player has will be crossed off their list in the first post. If a player loses all three of their coasters they are eliminated.
- I will update the list each round with the current results.
- I will try to post each round at a similar time, but it may vary due to my schedule.
- The winner will receive a special forum signature for their profile.

The plan is once signups are closed I'll put all the coasters in a big list and add a few unchosen coasters to bulk it up, then I'll put them all in a randomizer and select a few to "destroy". That way it reduces the risk of players being eliminated too early. Need to make it fair of course.

All depends on how many players I get though.

Picking three coasters I hate in the hope that they are all destroyed and I never have to ride any of them ever again:
