The article says that a phased approach will be taken, with things like non-essential shops reopening first. They've said that they want lockdown measures to be lifted completely by June at the latest. By this, I'd imagine that they mean everything (bars, restaurants, leisure places, schools etc.) should be open again by June, albeit potentially with measures in place.
Daily Mail also has an article today saying the UK will have the most deaths out of the EU, worse than Italy.
They claim by July the UK could see 66,000 dead.
If that prediction was true then we are on lockdown for a few months longer
