Yes one downside I found was with walkabout photos we managed to get one by the smiler but as we had to queue at the photo kiosk for it to be added I ended up queuing for 20 mins without it moving (as they only have one printer for some ridiculous reason) as I had to leave it meant I wasn't able to get the photos addedI argued the same Point Kris
Like you said though as long as the photo op adds it to your pass you can have the photos.
I was really gutted though that I missed out on the photos from my second ride of nemesis because the op didn't add them properly.

Thing is this needs sorting, and needs sorting now, it's an expensive product considering it's not costing them any ink or anything!
I hope you both write complaints and maybe try for some of your money back as you weren't aware of this silly rule.
I can understand they don't want people abusing the system and selling photos to other random riders from their account, but they need to at least be a bit liberal, as long as you're not asking for images of the entire train or something!
Also... this Qing for the photo malarky is going to get annoying, why can't they just say here's your personal account link... enter the photo numbers u want and you can download that photo?!

I bought one this year, Have found it fairly easy to use. You simply scan your pass at the end of the ride, tell the staff your photo number and that's it. I also ask for a receipt just in case. Used it several times on Sunday and all photos were added to my account. I don't normally buy the ride photos, maybe 4 a year at most. But with this I get every photo and then decide if I like them or not at home, Overall, I am happy with the value. We visit all the parks included so really will get the value from it.

Disapointing when they say it can take 24 hrs for them to show. Bit late by then :/

The deck chair photos don't get uploaded online, they never have done. However a quick email to Picsolve with the code and they can send it you.All of my photos yesterday were available, but the deck chair photos from Splash on Sunday night sadly didn't make the cut.

I was told that it would be once the pass was scanned, so sadly I don't have the code to send to them.

Grrr! Glad I'm not the only one that has lost photos, have about 7/8 missing! Infuriating, I hope to god they have them somewhere in the system still, the staff at each kiosk kept telling us where we'd been before from our logs so I assume (and hope) that it's a case of they have them still but there's a link or something broken with the customer facing system. I'll be annoyed after paying £50 if I then lose those photos forever and have to chase them up after every trip we take.
FYI for anybody going and using a digipass in the near future, I'll be asking for a receipt with a code on as well from now on, although Nemesis was having issues on Thursday with the digipass scanners and gave me a receipt with a code instead... needless to say this still doesnt work either after 48 hours (online it says wait 24 hours, on the app it says 48)
All you get is: Photo(s) could not be found or are not yet available. Double-check your code or try again later.

I had a couple of photos missing, however they have all appeared now. They told me it can take 48 hours to appear online.
Only issues I have had is I have had one wrong photo uploaded, and also one of the smiler photos had me on the group shot, but some randomers on the close up shot, who weren't even on that train. So that's clearly a issue with the system and not the digipass.
My main issue at the moment is Galactica photos, I have about 50 on my app, because each photo has four templates and they keep duplicating, and then when I upload more photos Galactica ones keep appearing as well!
I have emailed picsolve about this so let's see if they reply.

Well over 48 hours for me now and still nothing appeared, also emailed them yesterday but doubt I'll hear anything back until Tuesday with it being a Bank Holiday weekend - just hope they don't get deleted. And yeh tons of Galactica photos here too, not only with different backgrounds (I think there's 4 different backgrounds in total) but same image duplicated loads too X 4!
