Looking at the source article, this has been taken by 'The Flying Photographer', a professional drone footage company. As the Gulliver's logo is used in the video, it would appear this is marketing commissioned by the company themselves.

Don't forget it's still just under a year until opening, so still a lot of time to get finished! Makes sense to get the hardware in while they've got the space then add greenery etc afterwards. You're never going to see masses of theming, but with landscaping it'll probably all settle in nicely by opening.

I'm thinking of applying for a ride op job when applications open as I'll finally have a theme park close to me.
