Merlin Annual Pass

Wonder if a reprint changes the barcode number. If not, and people don’t give back their “old” card on getting the newly printed one I can see people trying to go all Pokémon collecting these.

I imagine it will be the same number, all they will do is reprint your pass but on to a new card.

It does say that you need to give your old pass in when you buy the new one on resort.

When I got my pass printed on park it changed barcode even though they had an issue with the photo and never printed it originally.

One of The data protection officers should have been in contact you by now.
Contact for them is a generic email address
[email protected]

If you have dates, times and name of staff from the phone call then supply them. Point out the length of time you been waiting for the promised contact over the breach personal data, that is enough for identity fraud.
And that you been advised to contact the data commissioner office of the breach and the length of time so far for any contact over the issue.

By email you create a paper trail you can use if you go to ICO or DCO.

I followed up as per your advice and I still didn't get a response.
A few weeks ago I followed up again and asked if they could reprint my pass with the new Nemesis livery.
I received a reply yesterday to say that my complaint is still with the data controllers and I would be getting a response from them. Still waiting.
But they did say my pass had been reprinted with the Nemesis design and has been sent out.
Hopefully it gets to me this time.

Does anyone have any opinions on the Discovery Pass? It's currently on sale at £79 (compared to £139 for the Silver). I'm wondering if it's worth grabbing one just for a few midweek trips to Thorpe and the central London attractions.

We(me,mrs + 2 kids) had discovery a couple of years ago

We'd had Premium/gold for a few years and was going to have a year off....but discovery was brought out so we got them

Total bargain and if the dates work for you get them...never had a problem with pre books

We visit sundays mainly so was great for us
