You are of course assuming that AT have had enough complaints to go to B&M over this.
I very much doubt the general public would say anything given they likely won’t ride it as much as we do.
I’m sure they haven’t had many public complaints, but the behind the scenes tours of Nemesis last year showed that the maintenance teams were very aware of the problem and discussing possible causes. As client, AT have paid for a certain product and if it’s not unreasonable to seek solutions. Nothing to suggest it is the case, but there could be reasons other than guest feedback to want solutions - potential impact on lifespan of components or concern that long term the ride will become rough to the extent that people do start complaining
