If only loopings actually get the cheque book out and sort the place out.
It's in a frightening state all over...

That says it all... I understand drayton has to compete due to its location yet why should their other parks in their portfolio suffer ?
What and Merlin’s parks don’t?

Trust me they are in a far better state than PWH are whatever group or banner they fall under

Drayton may have had some spare pieces of wood left over from the Western theme and sent them down to PWH.
Can’t see them splashing out £1000’s on new fencing.

PWH is actually rather alarming to walk around to see it in the state it is in..Meanwhile, at Towers...

A bit of positive news coming from Pleasurewood Hills. The park have confirmed Wipeout is seeing some works including a full repaint and a replacement of all the mechanical parts. Plus there’s rumours of a new Sunkid train with lap bars!
I’ve done the boomerang at Walibi Rhône-Alpes which have the same Sunkid trains and I can say with certainty that if there’s any truth it’ll improve it no end - those trains are very good

Yes the new train arrived last week, whilst it's good to hear and the repaint looks good this will do nothing to bring people into the gates.
The place is truly awful to walk round with very little to do, what it needs is NEW rides etc, its what will bring folk into the gates to reverse the recent doom story reported on profits

Has the revamped Marble Madness opened yet? It was supposed to open last year, but still looked very half-finished when I was at PWH in August.
It’s promising to hear of ongoing investment at Pleasurewood Hills, though. Given recent events on the other side of the country, I think it does raise some concerns about Pleasurewood, with it arguably sharing a lot of similarities with Oakwood. The fact that they’re investing, even if it is only in refurbishments rather than new rides, is surely a good sign that they’re safe from meeting Oakwood’s fate.

Marble madness is still not finished, with no official word off when it will be open, this season apparently , yet we were told that twice last year.Has the revamped Marble Madness opened yet? It was supposed to open last year, but still looked very half-finished when I was at PWH in August.

It's sat SBNO for a year now.
Large parts of the park are a absolute dump with so much SBNO or just left to rot away - literally.....

Looking on their TripAdvisor, it seems that ALOT of people are really angry about the £100 parking fines they’ve been getting.
Apparently it’s an ANPR system and you only have 15 minutes if you’re doing a drop off/ pick up.
My thoughts are, firstly I’m surprised that a park the size of PWH is charging for parking when most small parks don’t. And secondly all of these parking fines that people are getting (including some people who said that they got the fine despite having paid for parking) is really not a good look for the park. I’ve read several reviews where people have said they’ll never go back to PWH, and if the system is potentially faulty, it puts me off visiting.

The parking scandal was the last straw for the very few limited locals that visited ...
It made national news, and has done lasting damage.
