I’d say that looks like new-gen Intamin track myself. Someone on another forum I’m on also pointed out that the support connectors are reminiscent of those used on Intamin Multi Dimensional Coasters.

Yeah I was thinking Intamin myself. The colour, track style and LSM setup reminds me of Velocicoaster.
 
There are some elements that are similar to darkoaster and some that are very different. The use of spine is quite interesting. Not been following this one closely but was assuming something quite tame.
 
What's the park season at PA? Looking to go around May, but their calendar doesn't go past fist week of January.
 
I guess with it being an indoor coaster it was always going to be an IP, but I was not expecting that. Not totally sure it's going to fit in with the Wild West theme of the area, but oh well!
