With it being the first Sunday of Scarefest you may find it busier than normal. This is a date that the traveller community often visit the park - the Monday will be significantly quieter.
Thanks for the reply, probably a date to avoid then?
I'm going on the 9th. Last year, I went on the first Sunday, there were lots of travellers, but they didn't tend to do the rides, they just stood around the towers. Everything was walk on last year, but that was significantly quieter. If your in a hotel, early in the morning and later at night the park was quieter. Thanks for the reply, probably a date to avoid then?

With MAP's is there are there days where you can't visit Towers? I can't find anything to suggest this on the MAP's T&C's

No, during the main season (so not Christmas) MAP holders can enter the park on any day it is open.

Been trying to book water park tickets for Sunday 9th but the whole weekend is unavailable online, how likely is it that it's actually sold out? Thanks

Very likely. That's what happenes when they keep adding more accommodation but don't increase the capacity of the facilities unfortunately.

I know they have done in the past, but here is what they say on their website, make of it what you want, I'll take it as no, but if they do reduce prices after 4pm, there be no guarantee that you will gain entry
"We advise guests without pre-booked tickets to arrive before 3pm to guarantee entry. Merlin Annual Passes are valid for this event."

Do rides continue whilst fireworks are going off?
