This is a man who doesn't own a mobile, doesn't understand the Bookface system, and can't even set his landline answering machine properly!
I'm doing the coast regardless with an ex client with special needs, if they don't let us in, I will just stand back and smile while he sorts them all out!

i assume it means that the pass will expire at the end of that day. In that case, you would be able to use it tomorrow. Is the final date on your MAP inclusive?
My pass expires on 11.1.17, does that mean I can use it for a last trip round Blackpoo tomorrow or is it already dead?
The card that is, I know Blackpoo is dead in January.

I tweeted Merlin this morning because it occurred to me that the expiry date on my pass I should be at Towers! They replied saying that the expiry date is, indeed, inclusive, so it can be used on that date.Is the final date on your MAP inclusive?

The Tower lift was closed due to wind, and my friend struggles with stairs, especially ones in the dark, so we just did 'spoons for sticky ribs instead, then stalked the construction staff on The Beach, the south area was just one big mud puddle.
Merlin pass gone now for a decade probably, Towers might have bounced back by then.
Might.
Back to the Sun vouchers for my Towers visits for the next few years.

I'm planning to go to Europa Park in October for my birthday with my sister. We are going to stay for three days two nights. So my question is if I brought a Europa pass instead of a 3 day pass can you get discounts of food, drink etc like the Merlin pass?

No, there are no discounts with the EP clubcard. You are much better off buying a 3-day ticket (around €120, only available at the ticket offices and not advertised) than a clubcard (€195), unless you plan on returning within the following 12 months.I'm planning to go to Europa Park in October for my birthday with my sister. However, the EP clubcard does give one free entrance or discounted entrance to a number of other European theme parks, such as Phantasialand, Efteling, Port Aventura and Plopsa parks. So if you were planning on visiting these, it would be recommended to get an annual pass, seeing that these parks can cost up to €50 a day for entrance.

Awesome thanks.
We are also planning to go to Phantasialand in August for my sisters birthday for two days. Will I be able to use the EP card on both days?

No, the clubcard only has one day of access to each of the parks. Also, EP don't post clubcards out to people, they can only be collected on the day at Europa-Park. The online purchasing only gives you a voucher to collect the card in person, as they need your photo etc. You won't be able to use it for Phantasialand as you are going to Europa-Park afterwards.

In that case I might have to change it so we go to EP in Aug and Phantasialand in Oct. I'll have to discuss this with my sister

Do Alton Towers not do a two day pass now as a ticket option? just gone online to look at booking tickets and can't see a two day option? would be a shame.

Anyone know which weekend is likely to be pikey time at scare fest? Looking to go twice but want to avoid that, cheers.

Usually the first Sunday of the Scarefest. Last year they surprised everyone when they didn't show up the first two Sundays despite Alton hiring extra security for the day and then when leas expected, they all unexpectedly turned up on the Friday before the half term week
They would have turned up the first Sunday, but they had a funeral to attend and then visited Chessie the week after and then decided to turn up on Friday the 21st
Last year's Uttoxeter October meetings were on the 2nd 13th and the 28th, so I think that would be unlikely

Fair enough matey, just remembered someone saying something about it in the posts that weekend. Not sad enough to go through the old posts to find it, but yeah
