I think it went for scrap but can't fully remember. The towersstreet history page for submission doesn't seem to know either: https://towersstreet.com/theme-park/ride/submission/#nbspwhat-happenednextwhere it went too

loved the black hole, not for the ride really just the novelty of it being in the dark. Oh and the station.
Interesting! I wonder what else is lying around in the back…Here are the pictures of Submission which were from around 2015/6, sorry I don’t know the source of the photos. It was left to rot in coaster corner, I wouldn’t be surprised if it is still there to this day.
Alton Towers has surely got literally loads of stuff just lying around. I'd love to be able to have a look at all the back area's and see what they've got back there.Interesting! I wonder what else is lying around in the back…
I worked at AT until 2018 and Submission was still there when I left. It was just to the side of BKCCL (as it was called at that point, suppose it'd be BK David Walliams Land now) - there was quite a lot of old ride bits and bobs on that access road
Not sure about that. They've just removed pandemonium which was basically the same thing.cheers - I vote we get a lorry a nick it - Drayton Manor would appreciate it - their lineup is somewhat diminished
It seems strange though how a perfectly serviceable ride would just be left to rot.
I didn’t realise how bad it had actually got - pretty bad by your description! What was it like to ride? Was it thrilling or just a bit dull? Being tossed upside down on flat rides really isn’t for me so I never rode Submission or Ripsaw. I can take inversions on coasters, it’s just something about the intensity of inversions on flats that I find quite nauseatingIt was a long way from perfectly serviceable. It was made from lego and held together with jam to start with, the gearing and forces involved in the double flip was beyond the capabilites of the quality of the parts used.
It was an interesting feeling, but quite a horid contraption.
It was very uncomfortable to ride as well apparently.I didn’t realise how bad it had actually got - pretty bad by your description! What was it like to ride? Was it thrilling or just a bit dull? And Submission would arguably be a downgrade from Pandemonium. Not sure about that. They've just removed pandemonium which was basically the same thing.
