All we know is that it's rumoured to be some sort of powered coaster. Certainly a project to watch closely!Not seen any rumours at all relating to this. Very curious!

Given what we could be seeing at SDC, that is certainly a possibility! Time will tell, though.RMC for SW9 anyone?![]()

This is my number 1 bucket list park in America. Thinking of arranging a trip but obviously it’s in the middle of nowhere so getting to it is tough. Anyone been before and can offer advice? Is it just a case of flying into Springfield and hopping on a bus? Looks far away so a taxi would be expensive surely? Thanks.

The park have confirmed the refurb of Fire in the Hole for next year, seemingly in partnership with RMC:
A "big reveal" is happening live on their FB page right now;

Edit: They're announcing everything live.
The area will be renamed "The Fire District".

The water splashdown and on board audio are the main things that catch my eye here. The 14 show scenes sound interesting as well.

The water splashdown isn't new as the current version already has one, although the onboard audio is - it'll be interesting to see RMC fitting this as it looks as though they're using their standard trains. Hopefully without the awful restraints.

The spec sheet above states that the trains will seat 12 riders across two cars, that's 6 per per car. Don't RMC cars usually seat just 4?it'll be interesting to see RMC fitting this as it looks as though they're using their standard trains. Hopefully without the awful restraints.

Assuming that this is to be located behind the kids area where the small drop tower is, and not the old building?
If so, saw the clearing for construction last year and the site is huge. Given the costs they're looking at this could be a brilliant family ride.
