Well done mate. Really happy for you.Just got the keys to my house.
I somehow managed to exchange and complete today. Don't ask me how, but I'm not complaining.Well done mate. Really happy for you.
So, when's the house warming?
On related news, we finally exchanged today at the eleventh hour after many weeks of unnecessary hold ups. Completion next Friday, and we're extremely relieved.
See that I find really strange. In the past you'd have maybe a month between meaning you had time to pack up all the things you needed before you knew you were moving, book moving vehicles, make arrangements for pets etc. Now it's a few days if that and putting all that in place at the last minute is just added stress.I somehow managed to exchange and complete today. I think it helped that the property I've bought is vacant, and I don't have a property to sell either.See that I find really strange. Congratulations on the new house though @Jonathan - big moment for you! Obviously a closed season housewarming party is mandatory...
You better have a guest pond.I think it helped that the property I've bought is vacant, and I don't have a property to sell either.
It's called the bathtub, and you'll be grateful for that. You better have a guest pond.
Beggars can't be choosers. It's enough to splash about. I'm happy. It's called the bathtub, and you'll be grateful for that.

I've heard a bit of this going on recently. Usually down to a few factors. If the house is vacant, you have a good solicitor, and a mortgage provider who can release funds on the same day it can be done.See that I find really strange. You could always do both... Last weekend tbhWell then, today I turn 32 today...another year getting older which I'm going to try and enjoy. Funny thing is my family did say I should try that marathon at Towers today but I'd rather drink myself silly rather than run round a park in the winter haha.
All I can really remember from last weekend is the Nemesis queue after the Fireworks on the Sunday...You could always do both... Last weekend tbh
I wish one of my party members would stop trying to softlock the game at every turn by killing everything. This is my first time with the game, and I’m DM!Just had our "thanksgiving special" D&D game (Most of the group are Septics. One Canuck plus two Limeys including me).
Didn't stop laughing for four hours. The final boss was a giant turduken.
