Arr ok that's good to know for next time me and my friends attend^^
Popped into the Talbot Inn in Alton for the first time this weekend. Their toilets are stunning; truly a thing of beauty. Someone from Towers' management needs to pop down there and see how it's done; rather than the bleak hospital toilet look they go for across the park nowadays.
Given that pretty much all of the toilets are accessible from outside and therefore easily get dirty, going for a simple easy to clean material seems sensible and they have added the Towers to the toilet doors. The toilet blocks could (and have in the past) been far worse.
Free of charge. No news on hot water yet; might be an upsell for 2020.Are they still providing freezing cold water in them?
I could have sworn they even had random quiet conversations playing over speakers in them!
Sadly not, however the toilets in the rooms of Splash are well-progressed within their refurbishment program.

It depends whether Merlin gave them a budget for extravagances such as hot water and central heating...So the start of another season. I wonder if they have managed to get reliable hot water to the toilets yet?

That is bad considering the advice from scientists and government is to frequently was hands with soap and water. The only toilets I found to have hot water yesterday was on towers street.
