Hopefully by next season the swarm will be more presentable, I visited with not enthusiasts and even they were saying how bad it looked.

It’s definitely a start to make the park look it’s best for when project Exodus is here.

The parks need to keep on top of graffiti, if you ignore it then people see it and just add to it and make it worse. If you keep on top of in then people will be less inclined to do it.

you only have to look at some areas of towers last year where it seemed to be ignored (until it got posted on TS socials, then it magically got removed) such as the smiler and Rita, yet rides like wicker man never seemed to have any graffiti as I guess they kept it clean.

Perhaps security should look in pockets? (This would reduce the throughput of the queue to get into the park quite dramatically though)

The problem is that there's nothing to stop people from stuffing the pens at the bottom of their rucksacks. Unless there's a scanner somewhere that detects a compound in permanent parkers, it's impossible to screen people for them, unfortunately.
 
It already takes an age to get through security at TP. Imagine they start searching pockets for pens? You’d have to take three days off work just to queue for entry.

They just need to accept that when you run a park marketed at teenagers that unfortunately this kind of thing comes with the territory and they should be prepared to have processes in place to continually remove graffiti.

As someone who is in the teenage age group, I don't understand why anyone would want to draw graffiti at all, never mind in queue lines.

Same here. I've never seen the appeal to it, especially in theme parks. Congrats, you've partially ruined a Themed Experience for thousands of people, and what do you have to gain when they remove it next year exactly?
