I understand that but in those photos we’ve got three logos, the new one, old one and one that’s never been seen beforeMakes sense to continue to use the old stock for things like this than just unceremoniously binning it all just to spend cash buying the same thing again.
Noticed in the lift hills and thrills vlog there's still plenty of merch with the old logo which they'll sell (possibly at a discounted price) until it's all gone.

Thorpe Park: General Discussion

Assume it was just a placeholder as the retail buyers needed to order the pins to a certain deadline to get stock in time and knew the old logo was going, but the new one wasn't quite ready yet.
At least. It shouldn't exist at all. But if we're going down that route, I say charge £200 per ride.

Following the confirmation of Do-Dodnpa's (Fuji-Q) demise, Stealth should be confirmed as the new record holder for "fastest accelerating coaster" soon! 0-80 in 1.8 seconds. Second fastest will be Maxx Force (SFGA) at 0-78mph in 1.8 seconds.

That would be a great thing for Thorpe to advertise.Following the confirmation of Do-Dodnpa's demise, Stealth should be confirmed as the new record holder for "fastest accelerating coaster" soon! 0-80 in 1.8 seconds. Second fastest will be Maxx Force at 0-78mph in 0.8 seconds.

Maxx force is 0-78mph in 1.8 seconds, otherwise it would be an insane launch

Well spotted lol, thought I'd typed 1.8Maxx force is 0-78mph in 1.8 seconds, otherwise it would be an insane launch
Fixed now!
Somebody on Reddit has actually done analysis on the claim that Stealth accelerates from 0-80mph in 1.8 seconds and found it's more likely 2.3 seconds:
One of the videos was the official video from 3 months ago it looks like, the other video to double check statistics was 5 years agoIs it a pre or post upgrade video?

New season, lack of ride vehicles, new staff at a guessWhy is Thorpe so busy today
Oh are the big coasters only on 1 train that would make sense. What’s the minimum saw can run?New season, lack of ride vehicles, new staff at a guess

I've fortunately always had pretty good luck with thorpe crowds even fright nights last year managed to do all scare mazes (2 reruns too), scare zones a couple times over and got on loads of rides and plentiful night rides, this was the first day of fright nights.
The rest of my visits were all off peak and had lots of stay-ons, probably won't be as lucky this season for obvious reasons but they're open on more off peak dates which will hopefully help because I'm free on Wednesday's and Thursdays.
