This is getting crazy
I doubt anyone would realistically be spending that money on boats for Loggers Leap.
That money can be spent on the park if true
Finishing off Hyperia, a flat ride to replace Slammer, a nice new flume to replace Loggers, the gutting out of the Ghost Train and a nice Rocky Mountain Construction Hybrid rollercoaster on RMC Island
There's loads that the park could do with that amount of money

Maybe Thorpe should have made it so people have to enter their payment details first. Would have added a level of commitment.

For what it's worth, the last bid is more than the GDP of Switzerland

Amateur hour for the park because until they change the requirements for bids you’ll keep getting fake bids.
They’ve added a warning

Please be aware when placing bids that these are binding and payment will be required when the lot closes on the date below. Falsified bids will be contacted.

That money would be able to help reverse Towers' decline frankly overnight as well as me to buyout M&D's and turn it into Europa Park of the north.

Usually with auctions like this they would make you pre authorise a token amount on your card as part of making the bid (usually like £1 or something that gets refunded in a day or so). The fact they haven’t thought to do something like that is a bit poor.Have they not got some sort of way of preventing ridiculously high bids?
In the absence of this, I agree that payment details should be inputted to bid to make it a bit more binding.
